The studios are situated in a light and airy warehouse divided into spaces for 1 or 2 persons. Facilities include: heating, electricity and toilets. The studio is kept locked and the building is secured by guard, 24hrs. The area is very creative with no less than 4 other artist communities and the outstanding new Laban Centre on the same road! Transport: DLR, Tube and bus nearby, train 10 mins walk from either Greenwich, New Cross or St Johns.

Whole space 250 sq ft = £250 per month

½ space 125 sq ft = £125 per month
