THE HUMANE MISANTHROPE GOES SHOPPING.

Not so much 'The Impossibility of Death..' more 'The Implausibility of Life..' Etc...

We are now more connected and more constantly aware of others than ever before. Perhaps perversely I feel that this can create a stagnation; the way that combined colours can create white and multiple sounds produce white noise, so to can too much awareness and exposure to experience create a void.

The world certainly often seems to spin so fast that everything becomes almost static.

My work also hints at the multi-faceted nature of character, our selective exposure of the self and our desire for full disclosure from others; this naked revelation of the complete self producing a distorted and disfigured personality.

They are furtive glances at forms caught in the perpetual fidget of inertia.

Or just some sort of contemporary baboonery trying to capture the hover of being alive.

Or just objects and things.
