Due to the impending redevelopment of our original home on Deptford's Creekside
we have moved to old Bermondsey to get out of the way of the bulldozers.
We are now housed within the Tower Bridge Business Complex on Clements Road SE16,
more fondly known as The Biscuit Factory (where the Bourbon biscuit was born).
Creekside Artists is an artist-run co-operative established in the year 2000.
Our space is divided into units, each housing 1 or 2 artists.
The set-up is mainly open plan to encourage artist interaction and to foster an informal & sociably creative atmosphere.
We now also have several closed (and lockable) spaces.
We actively promote our artists to the public through thrice-yearly Open Studio weekends & exhibitions (in June, September & December), free & open to all.
These events provide valuable exposure & education for both artist & public alike.
The studio has 24hr access (with security staff on the main gates), an industrial lift, heating, lighting and Wi-Fi included in the rent, communal areas and kitchen.
We are just several minutes walk from Bermondsey Underground station (Jubilee Line) and close to London Bridge.
Whole spaces vary from about 190 sq ft to 300 sq ft
& cost around £12 per sq ft per annum (£1 per sq ft per month)
